My intentions had been to incorporate my dyed/painted gauze in the foreground to soften the angular lines and add some subtle colour. I worked the piece this morning adding a number of pieces to cover the ground. After pinning a large piece of netting over the whole thing it was stable enough to pin on the wall and look at.
I don't think I like it.
When I compare the photos I like the crisper colour and shaper edges.
This is not yet sewn. So I will study this now for a while before I go further. It isn't needed till April and I have other things pressing. Here are the before and after using the gauze.
